Aurora
Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. Born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. She is professionally referred to as Aurora. The name of her can also be stylized by the name AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band, was released for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are just two of her best-known songs. Her name was also recognized via a blog post from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed the song Runaway. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory was of discovering an attic piano and being awed by the sound it could create. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes advised her to pursue music for personal growth, rather than to earn money or to pursue to pursue an interest. She started writing her own songs. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her favourite composers. Her mother was supportive of her performing her songs in public, not so that she could achieve fame, but rather in order to show others the importance of their work and the good they do for humanity. As a young girl, she began to play the piano and at nine, started writing songs. The family did not know until the age of 14. Aurora's fame was not the goal of her. Aurora is simply a writer who loves writing songs. According to her, the songs she creates are her way of feeling anything.
